Aristides Silva is a renowned creative professional within the Latin American community and brings to RDLB a broad and solid experience in international award-winning campaigns for multinational clients such as Kellogg’s, Coca-Cola, Heinz, McDonald’s and P&G, among others.

Arístides was the VP & Creative Director of Leo Burnett Venezuela for over 14 years in which the agency’s creative work was recognized with prestigious awards in International and National Advertising Festivals such as Cannes, Clio Awards, FIAP and ANDA.

Silva also created great award winning campaigns for non-profits such as Fundación Provive and Unicef. In 2000 Arístides opened his own ad firm under the brand Plan-B and opened a subsidiary in Miami in 2007. Even though his academic background is in Graphic Design, Silva believes that ideas are expressed not only through memorable images, but using inspirational words that really connect and engage people with brands.

Silva believes that breakthrough ideas, whatever the inherent risks to try new ones might be, are always worth taking since they could never compare to the threat of using a conformist approach. Arístides is also a musician, producer, art director, film director, photographer and professor. He graduated from Instituto de Diseño Fundación Neumann in Caracas, where he created and taught “Graphic Design for Mass Media”.
